Le domaine de Salzau est un ancien manoir chevaleresque en Holstein, nommé d'après le chevalier Otto von Salzau. Il se trouve à Fargau-Pratjau dans le district de Plön en Schleswig-Holstein.
Le domaine a été mentionné pour la première fois dans la seconde moitié du 13ème siècle, lorsque la reine Mechthild, veuve du roi Abél de Danemark, lui laisse 30 marks. Du 18ème au 20ème siècle, Salzau était la propriété des comtes Blome et est passé après 1945 par héritage aux mains des comtes de Thun et Hohenstein.
