La finca Salzau es un antiguo asiento de caballero en Holstein, nombrada en honor al caballero Otto von Salzau. Se encuentra en Fargau-Pratjau, en el distrito de Plön, en Schleswig-Holstein.
La finca se mencionó por primera vez en la segunda mitad del siglo XIII, cuando la reina Mechthild, la viuda del rey Abel de Dinamarca, le dejó 30 marcos. Desde el siglo XVIII hasta el XX, Salzau fue propiedad de los condes Blome y, tras 1945, pasó a manos de los condes de Thun y Hohenstein por herencia.
