La banque W. Fortmann & Söhne KG était une banque privée allemande située à Oldenburg, en Basse-Saxe, qui a été transformée en succursale de la banque d'État d'Oldenburg au 1er janvier 2015 et dissoute au 31 décembre 2016. La marque n'est plus utilisée depuis.
La création de la banque W. Fortmann & Söhne a été initiée par le conseiller municipal Wilhelm Christian Diedrich Fortmann et a été réalisée le 1er mai 1886 par l'enregistrement en tant que société en nom collectif au registre du tribunal de première instance du grand-duché d'Oldenburg.
