Bankhuset W. Fortmann & Söhne KG var en tysk privatbank i Niedersachsen, der den 1. januar 2015 blev omdannet til en filial af Oldenburgische Landesbank og blev opløst pr. 31. december 2016. Marken er siden da ikke videreført.
Oprettelsen af banken W. Fortmann & Söhne blev initieret af rådmændene Wilhelm Christian Diedrich Fortmann og blev den 1. maj 1886 gennemført ved registrering som et åbent handelselskab i retten i storhertugdømmet Oldenburg.
