La gare de Dissen-Bad Rothenfelde se trouve dans la commune d'Erpen, dans la zone de la ville de Dissen a.T.W., dans le district d'Osnabrück. C'est une station de train pour Dissen et la station thermale voisine de Bad Rothenfelde, sur la ligne ferroviaire « Haller Willem » Osnabrück–Dissen-Bad Rothenfelde–Halle–Bielefeld, inaugurée en 1886. Aujourd'hui, c'est seulement un point d'arrêt. Chaque jour, plus de 800 voyageurs utilisent ce point d'arrêt.
