Le tribunal de district de Rees était un tribunal de district situé dans la ville de Rees, dans le district de Kleve au bas Rhin, jusqu'au 30 juin 1975, et était subordonné au tribunal régional de Duisbourg. Son ressort appartient depuis lors entièrement au tribunal de district d'Emmerich, qui est subordonné au tribunal régional de Kleve. Les locaux de l'ancien tribunal, Sahlerstrasse 2, sont aujourd'hui utilisés comme bureau d'état civil.
