El juzgado de primera instancia de Rees fue un juzgado que estuvo ubicado en la ciudad de Rees en el distrito de Kleve en Renania del Norte-Westfalia hasta el 30 de junio de 1975, y estaba subordinado al tribunal regional de Duisburg. Desde entonces, su jurisdicción pertenece completamente al juzgado de Emmerich, que está subordinado al tribunal regional de Kleve. Las instalaciones del antiguo juzgado, Sahlerstrasse 2, se utilizan hoy en día como registro civil.
