L'église des saints Fabian et Sébastien est l'église paroissiale du quartier d'Osterwick de la commune de Rosendahl dans le district de Coesfeld. La paroisse comprend également l'église Sainte-Marie dans le hameau de Höven, un bâtiment en brique qui a été construit après la Seconde Guerre mondiale. La commune fait partie du décanat de Coesfeld. Depuis sa fusion, elle est également l'église paroissiale de Saint-Nicolas et Saint-Nicolas.
