De kerk Ss. Fabian en Sebastian is de parochiekerk van de wijk Osterwick in de gemeente Rosendahl in de gemeente Coesfeld. Tot de parochie behoort de kerk St. Marien in de boerderij Höven, een bakstenen gebouw dat na de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd opgericht. De gemeente behoort tot het dekenaat Coesfeld. Sinds de fusie is het ook de parochiekerk voor St. Nikolaus en St. Nikolaus.
