Le pont ferroviaire d'Anklam est un pont ferroviaire sur la Peene près d'Anklam, dans le Mecklembourg-Poméranie-Occidentale, dans le cadre de la ligne de chemin de fer Angermünde–Stralsund. Le pont mobile, désormais remplacé par un nouveau bâtiment, a été conçu comme un pont oscillant ou un pont à tablier relevable selon le principe de l'ingénieur américain William Donald Scherzer. Il fait partie des plus anciens ponts de ce type encore existants en Allemagne. L'ancien pont à bascule a été érigé en tant que monument technique à côté du nouveau bâtiment.
Le pont a été achevé en 1938 par la Friedrich Krupp AG et la Friedrich Krupp AG Grusonwerk. Pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, la partie nord, fixe, du pont a été gravement endommagée. Après la guerre, cette partie a été reconstruite sous forme de construction soudée.
