La gare d'Alexisbad est un point d'opération des Chemins de fer à voie étroite de Harz dans le quartier d'Alexisbad de Harzgerode. La gare est située sur la ligne de Selketal, qui se divise ici en branches vers Harzgerode et vers Hasselfelde.
La gare se trouve à peu près au centre du village, parallèle à la route fédérale 185. De l'autre côté, la Selke délimite le terrain de la gare.
