La gare de Mendig est une gare située à Mendig et a été construite en 1877 sous le nom de gare de Niedermendig. Elle se trouve sur la ligne transversale de l'Eifel, qui est à double voie depuis la gare d'Andernach jusqu'ici et continue en simple voie jusqu'à la gare de Gerolstein. Le seul aiguillage de la gare est situé à l'ouest des voies des quais, juste avant le passage à niveau de la Bahnstraße, et porte le numéro d'aiguillage 23.
