Le monument Hermann-Löns est une pierre commémorative classée dans le quartier de Hasserode à Wernigerode, dans le district du Harz, en Saxe-Anhalt. Il a été érigé en 1929 et rappelle que Wernigerode est désignée comme la ville colorée du Harz en l'honneur de Hermann Löns.
Le monument se trouve à l'écart des grands chemins touristiques sur le Blockshornberg, le long du chemin Hermann-Löns, dans un petit parc près de l'intersection avec le chemin Hans-Hoffmann. Depuis l'emplacement, on peut admirer la vue sur Hasserode en direction du Brocken et sur le centre-ville de Wernigerode ainsi que sur les villages situés au nord de l'ancienne comté de Wernigerode.
