Les Cochemer Krampen est une pente le long de la Moselle entre Ediger-Eller et Cochem. Depuis Eller, il faut environ 3 km pour gravir le sommet. Au sommet se trouve une barrière pour accéder au parc de vacances et au Golfresort Cochem. La barrière est très facile à contourner à vélo. En raison de la barrière, il y a également peu de circulation automobile sur la route. Le seul inconvénient possible est la pente de l'ascension : dans les 2 premiers kilomètres de l'ascension, les pourcentages de montée varient entre 9 et 17 %.
