Reuthen est un village et une ancienne commune allemande du district de Spree-Neisse, dans le Brandebourg. Le village a été incorporé le 26 octobre 2003 et était auparavant une municipalité indépendante. Reuthen appartient à l’Amt du Döbern-Land.
Reuthen est situé en Basse-Lusace, à environ dix kilomètres à l’est-nord-est de Spremberg à vol d’oiseau et à douze kilomètres au nord-ouest de Weißwasser. La commune est bordée au nord par Bohsdorf, au nord-est par Friedrichshain, à l’est par Wolfshain, au sud-est par la communauté saxonne de Groß Düben, au sud par Lieskau, au sud-ouest par Schönheide, à l’ouest par Bloischdorf et au nord-ouest par Klein Loitz. En plus du village du même nom, le district de Reuthen comprend également la zone résidentielle de Horlitza à la frontière avec la Saxe.
