Kollnauer Baumwollspinnerei & Weberei AG, également connue sous le nom de « Alte KSW », était une entreprise textile fondée en 1869 à Kollnau, un quartier de Waldkirch im Breisgau dans le Bade-Wurtemberg.
Aujourd’hui, l’ancien site de l’usine est une zone commerciale et un site industriel. Le quartier KSW comprend plusieurs bâtiments d’usines, dont certains sont inscrits aux monuments historiques. Certains des anciens bâtiments ont été réutilisés. Une vingtaine d’entreprises et d’institutions de secteurs très divers se sont installées sur le site de KSW.
