Le Dieksee est un lac près de Lingen. Il se situe dans la charmante zone de protection des paysages d'Emstal en Basse-Saxe. Il mesure 300 mètres de long et jusqu'à 270 mètres de large. Au bord du lac, on trouve une auberge de jeunesse avec des installations accessibles aux personnes handicapées, un sauna interne avec hammam et un terrain en tartan pour diverses activités sportives telles que le football ou le basket-ball au bord du lac. En été, le Dieksee invite à profiter du soleil et à se détendre au bord du lac avec une petite plage de sable. Les autres localités autour du Dieksee sont Laxten, Damaschke et Sandbrinkerheide. La plus grande ville à proximité du Dieksee est Lingen (Ems).
