Le monastère royal de Santa María de Guadalupe est un édifice monastique du XIVe siècle situé à Guadalupe, dans la province de Cáceres de la communauté autonome d'Estrémadure en Espagne. Il fut le plus important monastère du pays pendant plus de quatre siècles, les pèlerins y vénérant la Vierge de Guadalupe. Il est inscrit sur la liste de l’UNESCO du patrimoine mondial.
