Le château de Mequinenza est un palais-château intact perché sur une colline dominant la confluence des rivières Ebre, Segre et Cinca, situé dans la localité homonyme d'Aragon. Il a été construit par les Moncada, seigneurs de la baronnie de Mequinenza. Il date des XIVe et XVe siècles, bien qu'il ait été considérablement rénové en 1959 par l'architecte Adolf Florensa. Il marque le point frontière entre l'Aragon et la Catalogne, et entre les provinces de Saragosse et de Lérida.
