La bataille d'Alpens fut un acte d'armes de la troisième guerre carliste, par lequel les forces d'Alfonso de Borbón et d'Autriche-Est et de Francisco Savalls ont vaincu la colonne républicaine du brigadier Cabrinetty, qui a perdu la vie entre le 9 et le 10 juillet 1873. En conséquence de l'action, le village d'Alpens a été pris par la faction carliste, qui était en grande partie composée de forces locales d'Alpens et de Llusá.
