Le circuit urbain de Valence est un circuit automobile semi-permanent tracé autour du port de Valence, en Espagne. Il a accueilli, le 24 août 2008, le Grand Prix d'Europe de Formule 1, douzième manche du championnat du monde 2008. À l'exception du GP de Monaco, qui est au calendrier chaque année depuis 1955, c'est la première fois qu'un Grand Prix se déroulait sur circuit urbain depuis le Grand Prix d'Australie, disputé en 1995 à Adélaïde. Une troisième épreuve sur circuit urbain se déroule également depuis 2008 à Singapour.
