Quand elle ouvrit ses portes en 2005, la ferme aquacole de l’entreprise Stolt Sea Farm était la plus grande du monde. Les choses ont changé depuis peu. Le site compte une surface de 101 000 mètres carrés et produit 1 200 tonnes de turbot par an. 17 millions d’euros y ont été investis.
Suivez le chemin menant jusqu’au phare Vilán et montez au promontoire du vieux phare. Il permet d’observer la ferme piscicole sous un autre angle et offre une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur la ria de Camariñas et l’immensité de l’océan Atlantique.
