Le Palais Consistorial de Carthagène, également connu sous le nom d'Hôtel de Ville de Carthagène, est l'un des principaux édifices modernistes de la ville de Carthagène, œuvre de l'architecte vallisoletain, Tomás Rico Valarino.
En raison de l'essor qu'a connu la ville au début du XXe siècle, l'ancienne maison consulaire, de style herrerien, du XVIe siècle, était devenue trop petite, c'est pourquoi en 1900, la construction du nouveau palais consulaire commence sur le site de l'ancien, les travaux se terminant en 1907.
