Het Consistorieel Paleis van Cartagena, ook bekend als het Stadhuis van Cartagena, is een van de belangrijkste modernistische gebouwen van de stad Cartagena, ontworpen door de Valladolid-architect Tomás Rico Valarino.
Vanwege de opbloei die de stad begin de 20e eeuw doormaakte, was het oude consistoriaal huis in de herreria-stijl uit de 16e eeuw te klein geworden, waardoor in 1900 de bouw van het nieuwe consistoriaal paleis op de locatie van het oude begon, en de werkzaamheden zouden in 1907 worden afgerond.
