Sant Mateu d'Albarca ou Sant Mateu d'Aubarca est un village de la municipalité de Sant Antoni de Portmany, à Ibiza. Il compte 377 habitants.
Situé à 13 kilomètres au nord-est du centre municipal, à côté de la Cala Aubarca. Le noyau urbain date de la fin du XVIIIe siècle, lorsque l'église paroissiale de Sant Mateu est construite dans la vénda d'Aubarca, autour de laquelle les habitations ont été élevées.
