Sant Mateu d'Albarca af Sant Mateu d'Aubarca er en landsby i kommunen Sant Antoni de Portmany på Ibiza. Den har 377 indbyggere.
Beliggende 13 kilometer nordøst for kommunen centrum, ved siden af Cala Aubarca. Bybilledet stammer fra slutningen af det 18. århundrede, da sognets kirke Sant Mateu blev bygget i området Aubarca, omkring hvilken boligerne opstod.
