L'hôtel de ville est situé sur la Plaza de la Constitución , populairement appelée "El Paseíllo".
Il a été construit en 1952 , à l'emplacement de l' ancien couvent de Santa Clara , dont plusieurs grandes toiles ont été conservées dans le corps principal de l'édifice.
Sur la place, vous pourrez profiter de la belle vue grâce aux jardins et à la fontaine centrale.
