Cette association publique de croyants catholiques a un double caractère : Fraternité sacramentelle et Fraternité des Nazaréens.

Son but est de promouvoir et de vénérer le Saint-Sacrement de l'Autel, ainsi que le Saint Crucifix dans son invocation de la Santé et la Sainte Vierge Marie dans ses Mystères Douloureux sous l'invocation de Sainte Marie de l'Incarnation.
