Le photographe Sébastien Van Malleghem a été invité par le festival de photographie local l'Oeil Urbain à documenter la vie difficile à Corbeil-Essonnes pendant un an. Voici quelques aspects qui montrent à quel point la situation est grave dans cette banlieue :
Le nombre de demandes de logements sociaux y est cinquante fois supérieur à l'offre et le délai d'attente est de six ans.
Le numéro d'urgence 115 est toujours, vraiment toujours occupé.
