Deux sentiers populaires de randonnée de longue distance se croisent en ce lieu. Le GR10 s'étend de l'océan Atlantique à la mer Méditerranée et le sentier de randonnée européen E3 va de Nesebǎr sur la mer Noire à Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle. Cet itinéraire est surtout connu comme le chemin de pèlerinage, depuis Saint-Jean, l'étape suivante est Roncesvalles dans les Pyrénées espagnoles.
