Le Mazet-Saint-Voy, officiellement Mazet-Saint-Voy, est une commune française située dans le département de la Haute-Loire en région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.Le Mazet-Saint-Voy se trouve sur la partie orientale du Massif Central, à l'est du Puy-en-Velay, au sud de Saint-Étienne et à l'ouest de Valence. La commune occupe un plateau granitique et basaltique, à l'altitude de 1 000 mètres environ. L'habitat est dispersé en un grand nombre de petits hameaux.
