C'est au cœur des vignes du Château Smith Haut Lafitte, Grand Cru Classé de Graves, que naît l'établissement hôtelier "Les Sources de Caudalie" en 1999. Alice et Jérôme Tourbier n'ont cessé depuis de faire évoluer ce ravissant hameau de 61 chambres et suites, aux trois restaurants et au Spa Vinothérapie®, alliance thérapeutique d’une eau de source chaude aux extraits de vignes et de raisin. Le travail et la passion du couple ont donné à ce lieu la chaleur d'une maison de famille, en cultivant l'attention aux détails des plus grands palaces, titre dont l'hôtel a d'ailleurs été honoré depuis 2016.
