È nel cuore dei vigneti di Château Smith Haut Lafitte, un Graves Grand Cru Classé, che nel 1999 è nato "Les Sources de Caudalie". Da allora, Alice e Jérôme Tourbier hanno continuato a sviluppare questo delizioso borgo con 61 camere e suite, tre ristoranti e la Vinothérapie® Spa, una combinazione terapeutica di acqua di sorgente calda ed estratti di vite e uva.
