La Villa Natacha (1905), classée monument historique, a gardé sa conciergerie et l'intégralité de son jardin devenu public. Cette réalisation est une habile synthèse entre une silhouette néo-basque, un rigoureux rationalisme et un décor Art Nouveau qui n'a subi aucune altération. La Villa Natacha abrite des services de la mairie et les bureaux des festivals. Maison édifiée par les architectes parisiens Sauvage et Sarazin pour un agent de change. Les architectes signent l'intégralité du décor intérieur (cheminées, vitraux, poignées de porte ....). La maison a été acquise en 1978 par la ville.
