Die Villa Natacha (1905), die unter Denkmalschutz steht, hat ihr Pförtnerhaus und ihren gesamten Garten, der nun öffentlich zugänglich ist, behalten. Dieses Bauwerk ist eine geschickte Synthese aus einer neobaskischen Silhouette, einem strengen Rationalismus und einem Jugendstildekor, das keinerlei Veränderungen unterworfen wurde. Die Villa Natacha beherbergt Dienststellen der Stadtverwaltung und Büros für Festivals. Das Haus wurde von den Pariser Architekten Sauvage und Sarazin für einen Börsenmakler errichtet. Die Architekten zeichnen für die gesamte Innenausstattung verantwortlich (Kamine, Buntglasfenster, Türgriffe ....). Das Haus wurde 1978 von der Stadt erworben.
