La gare de Rouen-Rive Gauche ou gare de Rouen-Saint-Sever ou gare État Rive Gauche est une gare ferroviaire française désaffectée située sur la rive gauche de la Seine à Rouen, dans le quartier Saint-Sever.Dans le cadre du projet de ligne nouvelle Paris - Normandie, il est envisagé de la remettre en service à l'horizon 2030 pour pallier la saturation de la gare de Rouen-Rive-Droite.
