Le tunnel de Ham-sur-Meuse est un tunnel de navigation situé sur le Canal de l'Est, dans le nord de la France. Le tunnel de navigation se trouve à hauteur de Ham-sur-Meuse, dans la région Champagne-Ardenne. Le tunnel mesure 565 m de long et contourne un méandre de la Meuse entre l'écluse 58 à 'Trois Fontaines' et l'écluse 57 à 'Ham-sur-Meuse'.
