Tous possèdent une terrasse de plain-pied, salle de bain spacieuse avec douche italienne, sont climatisés et insonorisés, sont équipés du wifi gratuit et d'un téléviseur écran plat avec abonnements Canal+ et Canal Satellite.
La résidence dispose également d'une salle de réunion avec vidéo projecteur et d'un parking privé.
