Le bureau d'information touristique est situé en centre ville, à proximité de la Mairie. Il a été inauguré en 2013 . Des locaux spacieux avec un style épuré permettent un accueil dans une ambiance de détente et de découverte. L'accueil est organisé en différents espaces : accueil, boutique, détente, Espace d'exposition, découverte ludo-pédagogique.
