La Oficina de Turismo se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, junto al Ayuntamiento. Se inauguró en 2013. Los locales, amplios y despejados, ofrecen un ambiente relajado para descubrir la zona. La recepción está organizada en diferentes áreas: recepción, tienda, relajación, área de exposición, descubrimiento edutainment.
