Chaque année, la ville de La Bresse accueille le Festival International de Sculpture Camille Claudel. La première édition s’est déroulée en 1990 : il s’agissait alors d’un festival de sculpture sur bois. La sculpture “L’ange de la paix” de l’artiste Ilme Kulde (Estonie) a été réalisée pendant le 1er festival. Achetée par la mairie, elle est devenue l’emblème du festival. Entre 1998 et 2000, le festival s’ouvre aux sculpteurs sur pierre, puis sur métal.
