A la maison vigneronne, construction sans étage réalisée en moellons calcaires et couverte de tuiles en argile, ont été ajoutés les éléments indispensables à la fabrication du vin : cave, cellier, etc. mais également remise à outils, étable ou fournil, bâtiments liés à l'activité agricole. A découvrir pour compléter votre visite : le pressoir de la Maison d'Irène à Mardié et la maison de la distillation de Bou.
