Une longue allée bordée d'arbres conduit à Gensignac situé 16 km au Sud Ouest de Limoges. Domaine agricole d'élevage de Limousine, la maison de maître est située au bout de l'allée. Entourée d'un vaste parc fleuri et arboré, elle dispose d'un tennis privé et d'un couloir de nage de 50 m de long (vélo de piscine), ouvert du 30 juin au 30 septembre selon conditions météo. Terrasse avec salon de détente et salon de jardin. L'intérieur est raffiné mixant confort et cachet des maisons du 18eme. La législation des Etablissements Recevant du Public (ERP) ne permet pas le dépassement de capacité (enfants et bébés compris).
