L'hôtel-restaurant Dermit est situé à Mendionde, à côté du fronton. Le village est à 10 minutes de Hasparren et 15 minutes de Cambo les Bains, connu pour ses cures thermales.
Vous y êtes accueillis par la troisième génération de la famille, Martine et son frère Jean-Claude en cuisine. L'hôtel a été restauré récemment. Vous y trouverez trois chambres et quatre apparhotels (Baigura, Ursuia, Garralda et Plaza) équipés de cuisine et salon pour des séjours de plus de trois jours, en cure thermale ou en famille. La salle de restaurant donne sur la place du village et la terrasse à l'ombre des platanes est très agréable l'été pour les petit-déjeuners.
