Construite à l’initiative du Père Muckensturm et consacrée par Monseigneur Stebler en 1966, elle dévoile de remarquables vitraux contemporains, réalisés par le Père Jean-Paul Schur, élève de Tristan Ruhlmann, ainsi qu’une toile peinte en son chœur. Le vitrail du fond retrace l’histoire de Jean Baptiste avec un choix de couleurs significatif, qui fait l’admiration des visiteurs. Présence de deux vitrines d’art africain qui rappellent les missions.
