C'est au cœur de la Bourgogne, région réputée pour ses vins, et ses escargots! que se situe Le domaine de l'Argolay et plus précisément en Saône et Loire, 1er département producteur de fromages de chèvres fermiers.
L'exploitation compte à ce jour plus de 200 chèvres, soit environ 120 000 litres de lait par an.
Trois associés : Pascal, Laurent et Jérôme gèrent ensemble le Domaine.
