Die Domaine de l'Argolay liegt im Herzen Burgunds, einer Region, die für ihre Weine und Schnecken bekannt ist, genauer gesagt in Saône et Loire, dem wichtigsten Departement für die Herstellung von Ziegenkäse aus Freilandhaltung.
Der Betrieb zählt heute mehr als 200 Ziegen, die jährlich etwa 120 000 Liter Milch produzieren.
Drei Teilhaber: Pascal, Laurent und Jérôme führen die Domaine gemeinsam.
