L'Optimiste, c’est plus qu’un restaurant : c’est une équipe qui accueille avec le cœur, présente à Cressensac depuis 2014. Rémi élabore une carte inventive à base de produits frais et locaux, Wendy et Julien insufflent chaleur et bonne humeur, Peggy veille à chaque détail en salle, et Sylvie ajoute sa touche en cuisine. Dans notre décor chaleureux à Cressensac (à 15 min de Brive), la carte change au fil des saisons (8 à 16 €) pour surprendre voyageurs et habitués. Ici, on vient pour se régaler, se sentir bien… et repartir avec le sourire.
