L'Optimiste is meer dan een restaurant: het is een gezellig team dat sinds 2014 in Cressensac werkt. Rémi creëert een inventief menu met verse streekproducten, Wendy en Julien zorgen voor warmte en een goed humeur, Peggy zorgt voor elk detail in de eetzaal en Sylvie geeft haar touch in de keuken. In onze gezellige omgeving in Cressensac (15 minuten van Brive) verandert het menu met de seizoenen (8 tot 16?) om zowel reizigers als vaste gasten te verrassen. Hier komen mensen om te genieten, zich goed te voelen en met een glimlach te vertrekken.
