Fumette est un fumoir artisanal de poissons 100% pêche durable et locale basé à Lège-Cap Ferret.
Depuis 2020, Fumette fume le fruit de la pêche locale et en propose la dégustation sur sa terrasse chaque été. Planches de poissons fumés et autres suggestions iodée maison (rillettes fraîches de truite, tarama…) se dégustent à l’apéritif en terrasse, accompagnées d’une sélection de vin nature et de bière locale.
